What happens to your brief

A reply from the mill, not a form letter.

Your brief goes straight to James Cooper, Business Development, with a copy to the mill. We usually reply within one working day.
You get a recommendation: the closest existing construction, or a bespoke development route, and the reasons for it.
If you asked for samples, strike-offs or samples follow for review of handle, colour, pile, backing and conversion.
Tolerances, tests and declarations are confirmed in the quotation and technical schedule before anything is approved for production.
